  • 3 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful
  • 1 env (1/4ounce) Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt (8 ounces each) reduced fat Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkt (3 ounces) reduced fat cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 x To 1/2 c. NutraSweet Spoonful
  • 1 pt Blueberries
  • 2 pt Raspberries

  1. MIX CRUMBS, margarine and 3 Tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful in medium bowl; pat proportionately on bottom of jelly roll pan, 15 x 10 inches.
  2. SPRINKLE GELATIN over lowfat milk in small saucepan; let stand 2 to 3 min.
  3. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly, till gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Cold to room temperature.
  5. BEAT CREAM CHEESE till fluffy in large bowl; gradually beat in lowfat milk mix. Beat in lemon juice and rind, vanilla and 1/3 to 1/2, c. NutraSweet Spoonful. Pour mix over crust; refriger- ate till set, 3 to 4 hrs. BEFORE SERVING, decorate to look like a flag, using the blueberries for the stars, the raspberries for the stripes.
  6. Makes 16 servings.
