  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, diced and brought to room temperature
  • 1/2 c. shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded fontina cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs Salt and pepper

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add in pasta and cook till just tender, or possibly al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, place butter, cheeses and cream in a large oval or possibly rectangular baking dish.
  3. Drain pasta. Pour warm pasta directly over cheese and cream. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 10 to 15 min (or possibly till bread crumbs turn golden).
