- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper till smooth.
- Bring to a boil: boil and stir for 2 min. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low: add in cheeses and stir till melted. Drain macaroni: add in to cheese sauce and stir till well coated.
