- Makes about 2 pounds MICROWAVE In glass bowl or possibly 1 qt measuring c. combine chips with sweetened condensed lowfat milk. Microwave on full power (high)
- 3 min. Stir till chips heat and mix is smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread proportionately into wax paper lined 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan.
- (Line bottom and up sides for easy removal) Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Turn fudge onto board, peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature
- CREAMY DARK FUDGE Heat 2 c. of miniature marshmallows with chips and lowfat milk. Proceed as above
- Lowfat milk CHOCOLATE FUDGE Omit one (6 ounce) package semi sweet chips. Add in 1 c. lowfat milk choco- late chips. Proceed as above.
- CREAMY Lowfat milk CHOCOLATE FUDGE Omit 1 (6 ounce) package semi sweet chips. Add in 1 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips and 2 c. miniature marshmallows. Proceed as above.
- MEXICAN FUDGE Reduce vanilla to 1 tsp.. Add in 1 Tbsp. instant coffee pwdr and 1 tsp. grnd cinnamon to sweetened lowfat milk. Proceed as above.
- BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE Omit chocolate chips and vanilla. Heat 2 (12 ounce)
- pkgs. butterscotch chips with sweetened lowfat milk. When chips a melted, stir in 2 Tbsp. white vinegar, dash salt, 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring and 1 c. minced nuts. Proceed as above.
