Recently I spent a day at the Radisson Blu Dwarka to shoot a little for their all day dining restaurant ‘Spring‘. At Spring, lazy Sundays are made special with a lavish ‘Champagne Brunch’ carefully crafted by celebrity chef Rakesh Sethi and his team. Diners can experience a sumptuous spread complimented with an unlimited service of Champagne or soft beverage of choice.
