Foil Grilled Ham Rolls

Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. cubed ham
  • 3/4 lb grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Vidalia onion, minced
  • 1 4 ounce can green jalapenos, minced
  • 1/4 c. minced gherkins
  • 1 8 ounce can tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 6 crusty round rolls

Инструкции

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients (except bread rolls).
  2. Slice the tops off the rolls and remove scoop out the bread from the inside. Set aside. Fill the rolls with the ham mix.
  3. Replace the tops on the rolls and wrap each one in aluminum foil.
  4. Bake over warm coals or possibly in covered grill (about 275F) for 1 hour.
