- For Onions:Saute/fry onions in oil till brownAdd brown sugar and caramelizeAdd soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Sweet And Sour Base:For the sweet sour base, reduce all ingredients in a saucepan till thick, like ketchup.
- For Ketchup:reduce all ingredients, including sweet and sour base till thick.
