Ингредиенты

2 c. Cooked, mashed sweet potatos
3 x Bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. Soy lowfat milk
1/2 c. Prune juice

3 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp Allspice
2 tsp Minced candied ginger

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients except ginger & beat until fluffy. Pour into greased casserole & bake 50 to 60 min. Sprinkle with candied ginger. Serve as a side dish or possibly sweet sufficient to serve as a dessert.
