  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Matzo meal
  • 3 x Egg whites

Инструкции

  1. Beat the egg yolks and salt together. Stir in the matzo meal and refrigerate1 hour. Beat the egg whites till stiff but not dry and fold into the matzo-meal mix. Form into 18 balls. Cook in boiling soup or possibly salted water for 20 min.
