  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 12 manicotti shells, cooked
  • 1 jar (14 oz.) alfredo sauce

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook and stir onion and garlic in butter in small skillet on medium heat until tender. Place in medium bowl.
  3. Add spinach, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, juice and seasonings; mix until well blended.
  4. Stuff evenly into manicotti shells.
  5. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover. Bake 40 min. or until heated through.
  6. Meanwhile, heat sauce on the stovetop or in microwave. Serve over manicotti.
  7. you can sub chopped broccoli for the spinach
