  • 1 lb Extra-lean grnd beef fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 can Reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 Tbsp. Skim or possibly low-fat lowfat milk - (to 2 tbspns)
  • 4 ounce Potato chips

Инструкции

  1. If the meat is frzn, run it under warm water so you can remove any packaging. Place the meat on a microwave-safe plate and microwave 3 min, uncovered, on high, to begin thawing.
  2. Place the partially thawed meat over medium-high heat in a 12-inch, nonstick skillet. Cook till completely browned, turning and breaking up the meat from time to time.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add in undiluted soup and 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk; stir till soup is well-combined and warm, about 3 min. If the mix is too thick, add in remaining 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk. Serve at once over potato chips.
  4. Yield: 4 servings.
