Flaxseed Muffins

Ингредиенты

1 1/4 c. Unbleached flour
3 c. Grnd flax seed
1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
1/3 c. Light molasses, ( I use black strap as I like the taste) (up to 1/2)

3/4 c. Soymilk
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, ( I have made them without)
1/2 c. Egg sub or possibly 1 egg white Optional: raisins or possibly some dry fruits

Mix together if it seems dry add in a little more soymilk. Spray muffin tin with veg spray fill 3/4 full bake at 350 for 18 min
