Flapjacks

Trying to be healthy and make a sweet snack, that is less than 150 calories! So this is a variation of a recipe that I have seen on here before.

Ингредиенты

  • 192g plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 128g oats
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 12 tsp butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C (fan assisted oven)
  2. In a bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as the oats.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla essence and whisk until well blended.
  4. Mix the two bowls together.
  5. Spread on to a baking tray.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
