2-3 inch flank steak (have steak tenderized at meat counter) 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 T honey 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger

3/4 c. salad oil 2 T vinegar 1 finely minced onion 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Инструкции

1. Marinate steak in above ingredients for 4 hrs or possibly more. Cover steak with cooked bacon slices and minced fresh parsley. Roll up and hold together with toothpicks. Cut in 1 inch serving slices. Grill 3 min on each side.
