- Add in vanilla extrat and a dash of Grand Marnier to cream and whip till very thick. Put aside.
- Heat remaining Grand Marnier in a small ceramic lowfat milk jug. Don't boil.
- Heat butter in deep frying pan, add in sugar and caramelise.
- Add in bananas and brown. 5.Arrange bannana onto service bowls, with cream on side. 6. When serving, set jug of Grand Manier on fire and pour over bannanas.
