  • 1 graham cracker, or chocolate cookie shell
  • 1 small box chocolate or vanilla (4 servings) sugar free pudding (works better for smooth consistency)
  • 1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

  1. Working quickly, blend the milk and peanut butter.
  2. Add the peanut butter, mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip, pour into the shell.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
