Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sweet chilli sauce, (any variety)
  • 1/4 c. chilli sauce, up to 1/2, up to two limes, juice of
  • 1 stk celery, minced
  • 2 x pickled cucumbers, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish, (1 to 2) salt to taste

Инструкции

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process quickly, just till all the ingredients are well mixed and the dressing is smooth. Don't process!
  2. Keep chilled for up to two months.
