- Brush inside and outside of fish with vegetable oil.
- Put in a pan and bake in oven for 30 min.
- Fry onions with vegetable oil until tender. Add in them to the fish.
- Mix tahini with 1/4 c. water very well before adding to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. (Add in sufficient water to make it drip from a Tbsp..)
- Pour tahini mix over the fish and bake for 30 min longer.
- Before serving, decorate with fried pinenuts and dash of red pepper.
- Serve with pickles, salads and fried pita bread.
- Serves 8-10.
