  • 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 x jalapeno peppers sliced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 c. popcorn
  • 2 tsp coarse salt - (to 3 tspns)
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil and jalapenos in a heavy-bottomed pot over high heat till simmering, about 2 min. Remove peppers from oil, add in turmeric, and stir to combine. Add in popcorn, and cover pot. Shake over high heat till popcorn stops popping, about 2 min. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, cumin, and cayenne. Serve immediately.
