Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Filo leaves, defrosted
  • 1 lb Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 c. Butter, divided
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese, (8 ounce.)
  • 1 pkt Frzn minced spinach, (10 ounce.) thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in half the butter. Add in onions and saute/fry till tender. Add in cream cheese and stir till melted; stir in spinach and garlic salt. Using 3 sheets filo dough, spread on flat surface, brush with melted butter and spoon some filling along one long side of dough, then roll up jelly roll fashion. Place in lightly buttered jelly roll pan. Brush top with melted butter. Repeat to use all filling. Cover and chill till hard. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pcs.
