Ингредиенты

  • 2- 6 ounce Filet Mignon (about 3/4"-1" thickness)
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup sliced White Button Mushrooms
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Tarragon
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Corn Starch

Инструкции

  1. Using a grill or griddle pan heat on medium high prepare the steaks with seasonings both sides, cook to your desired doneness
  2. For the Sauce: In a saucepan add heavy cream, cornstarch whisk well, add button mushrooms, tarragon and cook 5-6 minutes until heated and creamy consistency
  3. Plate Filets add several spoons of Sauce and Enjoy!
