Ингредиенты

  • 4 (2") filets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermill grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 sm. onions, peeled, halved
  • 1 c. red wine

Инструкции

  1. Rub filets with salt and pepper. Heat butter in heavy skillet. Add in steaks; brown on both sides. Reduce heat to simmer. Add in onions and wine. Cover frying pan tightly; simmer steaks 30 min. Yield: 4 servings.
