Ингредиенты

  • 8 x Thin slices Prosciutto
  • 8 x Ripe figs
  • 20 gm Butter
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 150 gm Gorgonzola cheese

Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 c. Wrap a slice of Prosciutto around each Fig, secure with a toothpick and put in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Heat the butter, cream and Gorgonzola over low heat. Pour over the Figs and cover loosely foil. Cook in the oven for 7 min. Throw away the foil, baste the figs with the sauce and return to the oven for 1-2 min. Remove the toothpicks and serve the figs with some of the sauce.
  3. Serves 4.
