Ингредиенты

Figs 1 c. sugar, for each 2 c. of figs

2 box strawberry Jell-O 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Wash and peel figs. Mash with potato masher.

1. In a large saucepan combine sugar, figs, strawberry Jell-O and lemon juice.
2. Cook over slow fire till thick sufficient to jell, stirring constantly.
3. (Do not add in any water).
4. Seal in warm jars.
