- 160g mixed dried fruit (I just used commercial fruit cake mix)
- 190g dried figs, coarsely chopped
- 150g dried apricots, coarsely chopped
- 105g pistachios, chopped
- 60ml Cointreau
- 85g orange marmalade
- 250g butter
- 220g sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind (I omitted this)
- 4 eggs
- 150g plain flour
- 150 self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- extra orange marmalade to glaze the cakes
