.Leave%20it%20for%2015%20mins.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.Take%20it%20%20out%20and%20serve%20it%20hot%20with%20Steamed%20Rice%20and%20Indian%20Main%20Dishes%20or%20Indian%20Breads%20or%20Bread%20slices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20here%20to%20narrate%20the%20incident%20behind%20this%20recipe%20post%20as%20it%20happened%20truly%20last%20week%20and%20to%20prove%20you%20that%20sharp%20mind%20and%20tongue%20together%20can%20save%20you%20from%20being%20unwantedly%20fiery-grilled%20in%20a%20Sticky%20situation.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJanuary%204th%202012%20was%20not%20my%20Day%20at%20all.%20Nothing%20was%20going%20according%20to%20my%20plan%20and%20schedule.%20My%20'H'%20%20had%20to%20donate%20blood%20in%20an%20hour%20and%20we%20had%20to%20rush%20to%20well-known%20Hospital%20in%20Chennai%20in%20few%20mins%20time%20to%20donate%20blood.%20Nodoubt%20that%20his%20close%20friend%20opted%20for%20his%20blood%20to%20be%20donated%20(as%20he%20is%20a%20teetotaler)%20for%20his%20immediate%20relation's%20major%20surgery%20last%20week%20and%20fewdays%20back%20he%20went%20to%20do%20a%20blood%20test%20for%20the%20same%20and%20we%20were%20rushing%20for%20the%20said%20appointment%20that%20Day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20I%20told%20was%20that%20I%20wanted%20to%20taste%20Fiery-Grilled%20KFC%20Chicken%20that%20Day%20on%20our%20way%20back%20home.%20The%20moment%20I%20said%20that,%20my%20'H'%20started%20listing-out%20many%20things%20and%20asked%20me%20to%20try%20a%20KFC%20Style%20Grilled%20Chicken%20at%20home%20instead.%20I%20never%20knew%20that%20I%20will%20be%20grilled%20for%20asking%20the%20KFC%20Grilled%20Chicken.%20I%20could%20not%20able%20to%20take%20that%20'no'%20for%20an%20answer%20but%20opted%20to%20stay%20quiet%20as%20the%20points%20he%20listed%20stood%20against%20me%20agreeably.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENot%20surprisingly,%20he%20did%20complain%20bitterly%20that%20I%20lost%20my%20creativity%20in%20writing%20as%20well%20as%20cooking%20and%20was%20becoming%20a%20'dumbo'.%20If%20someone%20else%20had%20said%20that,%20I%20would%20have%20taken%20control%20of%20the%20plucky%20situation%20but%20kept%20a%20tight-lip%20keeping%20in%20mind%20that%20we%20were%20running%20short%20of%20time%20already.%20Needless%20to%20say%20that%20I%20could%20speak%20nothing%20since%20it%20would%20keep%20alive%20tasteless%20and%20unpleasant%20arguments%20but%20also%20its%20true%20that%20I%20have%20already%20spent%20too%20much%20for%20each%20blog-post%20as%20a%20food-blogger.%20I%20told%20him%20quietly%20that%20I%20won't%20be%20asking%20him%20if%20Chennai%20got%20listed%20for%20the%20KFC%20Free%20Gift%20Voucher%20and%20to%20leave%20it%20and%20get-ready%20for%20the%20Hospital%20Appointment.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20mind%20did%20not%20work%20properly%20and%20after%20that%20I%20packed%20juice,glucose%20and%20other%20things%20and%20rushed%20to%20my%20M-I-L's%20Car,%20which%20he%20chose%20to%20drive.%20Nothing%20happened%20the%20next%2025%20mins%20and%20we%20were%20nearing%20the%20Hospital.%20To%20save%20time,%20I%20told%20%20him%20a%20shortcut%20and%20were%20fast%20approaching%20.%20In%20few%20kilometres%20stretch,to%20my%20embrassment,%20we%20saw%20a%20traffic%20police%20checking%20the%20documents%20and%20asking%20us%20to%20stop%20for%20verification.%20My%20hand%20was%20reaching%20for%20the%20RC%20Papers%20in%20the%20dashboard%20and%20couldn't%20find%20it.%20My%20'H'%20was%20readily%20holding%20his%20International%20Driving%20Licence%20for%20verification%20and%20gave%20me%20a%20stern%20look%20(which%20I%20don't%20want%20to%20describe%20now)%20-%20thought%20this%20must%20be%20the%20next%20time%20of%20my%20being%20grilled,%20as%20he%20had%20already%20stuck%20a%20'Dumbo'%20sticker%20on%20my%20head.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20Officer%20walked%20slowly%20towards%20the%20Car%20and%20took%20the%20Driving%20License%20and%20instantly%20I%20held%20the%20folded-hospital%20documents%20and%20started%20speaking%20to%20him%20in%20a%20strong%20voice%20saying%20'How%20many%20times%20U%20ask%20us%20to%20stop%20for%20documents%20verification%20in%20this%20route.We%20are%20rushing%20towards%20....%20Hospital%20for%20an%20emergency%20Blood%20Donation.%2010%20mins%20back%20only%20we%20were%20stopped%20to%20verify%20papers%20and%20You%20are%20doing%20it%20again.This%20is%20an%20absurd%20waste%20of%20time%20Officer'.%20Surprisingly%20the%20Officer%20gave%20us%20a%20sharp%20look%20and%20handed%20over%20the%20D.License%20and%20signalled%20us%20to%20move%20on.We%20thanked%20him%20and%20drove%20towards%20the%20Hospital.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGet-over%20the%20fear%20of%20what%20other%20people%20will%20say%20or%20think%20about%20You%20and%20use%20your%20tongue%20to%20head-start%20and%20shine.%20Surely,%20Sharp%20and%20healthy%20tongue%20can%20see%20you%20easily%20sail%20thru%20Sticky%20situations%20and%20save%20you%20from%20unwanted-grilling%20in%20life.%20This%20is%20the%20story%20behind%20this%20recipe%20post%20and%20I%20got%20a%20green%20signal%20to%20narrate%20the%20incident%20for%20an%20Official%20entry%20for%20KFC%20Fiery-Grilled%20Chicken%20-%20S
