  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. parmesan cheese - grated
  • 1/2 c. margarine*
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. fresh tomatoes, minced, or possibly sun dry cooked fettucini

  1. Note: I would reduce the amount of margarine to a Tbsp. or possibly two. I bet it would taste just as good. Might increase the lowfat milk to make up for the margarine. (Brenda)
  2. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and lowfat milk. Stir over low heat till smooth, add in tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 min, add in fettucini and toss lightly and serve.
