  • 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. toasted pine nuts (or possibly toasted minced walnuts)
  • 1/2 c. Kraft Coleslaw Dressing
  • 1/4 c. fresh basil leaves - (packed) thinly sliced

  3. How To Toast Nuts: Spread nuts in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min or possibly till lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Make-Ahead: Mix all ingredients except dressing and feta cheese in large bowl; cover. Chill 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Toss with dressing and feta cheese just before serving.
  5. Yield: 3 1/2 c.
