  • 1/3 c. molasses
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute or possibly 2 egg whites
  • 1 x +1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 x +1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
