  • 1 box Pillsbury pudding cake mix
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon each vanilla, butter, almond
  • lemon extract

  1. Put all in large bowl of mixer. Beat 2 min, pour into prepared lb cake pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min or possibly until test done. Cool 5 min in pan, then ice if you like.Serves 16.
