  • 2 Small sized potatoes (diced)
  • 1 Small onion, sliced thinly

  1. In a skillet fry the diced potatoes until golden brown and then add onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add the corned beef and stir fry.
  3. Place in a serving bowl.
  4. Serve with steamed rice or pandesal.
