  • 6 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
  • 2 tsp minced fresh oregano, Or possibly
  • 1/4 tsp dry oregano leaves, crushed
  • 4 ounce Feta cheese, crumbled

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of the lemon juice. Sprinkle with the oregano and pepper, top with cheese. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice. Bake for 45 min or possibly till cooked through.
