  • 1 pkt Sugar cookies
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese, softened, 8 ounce
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Peach slices
  • 1 c. Strawberries, cut in half
  • 1 c. Blueberries
  • 1/4 c. Orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. Water

  1. Preparation Time: 0:15
  2. Heat oven to 350. Slicecookie dough as directed on package. Arrange slices in bottom of ungreased jelly roll baking pan. Using floured fingers, press dough proportionately into pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for12 to 15 min or possibly till golden. Cold completely. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till fluffy. Spread mix over cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. In small bowl, combine orange marmalade and water; blend well. Spoon marmalade mix over fruit. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Store in refrigerator.
