Ингредиенты

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 2/3 c. (lg. can) undiluted Carnation evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Beat all ingredients and mix well. Pour into custard cups or possibly 6-8 baking dishes; sprinkle with nutmeg. Put dishes in 2 1/2 inch deep pans and pour water around custard dishes.Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 40-45 min or possibly till knife comes out clean. Remove custard from water and cool. Add in topping if you desire.
