1/2 c. frzn minced bananas, strawberries peach
2 c. Natrel Lactose Free Lowfat milk

1/4 c. frzn orange juice, concentrate
2 Tbsp. honey

Инструкции

COMBINE all ingredients in blender container. Process till smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy.
Tip:Take advantage of seasonal fresh fruit. Freeze premeasured amounts in small bags to use when needed. If buying frzn fruit it is convenient to premeasure this as well.
