- 1 stk , less two pats, of BUTTER Sufficient evaporated lowfat milk to just wet the sugar
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

- Combine all ingredients except extracts and cook over low heat only till sugar is melted - stir constantly. Add in the extracts, then beat over a plan of cool water till thick. Spread on an Angel Food Cake.
