  • 16 x new red potatoes quartered
  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh herbs such as chives, parsley, rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Инструкции

  1. Place potatoes in a large pot; add in sufficient water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer till potatoes are tender, about 10 min. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat butter in a large skillet. Add in potatoes. Cook, stirring gently, till potatoes are crisp, about 5 min.
  4. Sprinkle potatoes with herbs, salt, and pepper. Serve warm. Serve immediately.
  5. VARIATION: For more strongly seasoned potatoes, add in the stems of fresh herbs and 3 cloves of garlic to the water used for boiling potatoes.
