Ингредиенты
1 1/2 lbs. sea scallops
1/4 c. cooking sherry (opt.)
1-2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 pound butter
1 c. cream of shrimp soup
Инструкции
Mix soup and sherry well. Pour over scallops in casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 min. Blend crumbs and melted butter. Spread over the top and bake 10 min more.
