Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic Healthy pinch grated nutmeg
  • 1 can escargot, well liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 tsp Pernod or possibly anise-flavored liqueur

Инструкции

  1. In large frying pan heat butter over high heat; stir in garlic and onion.
  2. Cook till vegetables are tender but not brown. Stir in wine, liqueur, nutmeg and escargot; season to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 min or possibly till flavors are blended. Sprinkle with parsley.
