- In large frying pan heat butter over high heat; stir in garlic and onion.
- Cook till vegetables are tender but not brown. Stir in wine, liqueur, nutmeg and escargot; season to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 min or possibly till flavors are blended. Sprinkle with parsley.
