  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 1/4 c. Bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 c. Sourdough starter
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 7/8 c. Hot water
  • 3/4 c. Baking soda
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 3/4 c. Sourdough starter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 pkt Active dry yeast (1 tb)

Инструкции

  1. This is a bit different from most of the English Muffin type breads for the breadmachine, as it uses sourdough starter.
  2. In a small c., combine the hot water and baking soda, and set aside for 5 min. Fit the kneading blade firmly on the shaft in the bread pan.
  3. Carefully measure the flour, dry lowfat milk and salt, transfer to the pan. Add in the Sourdough Starter, water-baking soda mix, oil, honey, and yeast.
  4. Place in bread pan inside the machine and close the lid. Program the breadmaker for the whole wheat mode. The unit will begin its operation. At the end of the baking cycle, remove the bread promptly from the machine, taking care as the oven surfaces will be very warm. Invert the bread pan onto a wire rack and shake several times to dislodge the bread. Allow to cold completely on the rack before slicing or possibly wrapping for storage.
