  • 1 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1/4 c. Onion, minced Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 can Pizza sauce, (8-ounce)
  • 1 tsp Dry parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 x English muffins, split

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook beef and onion in skillet coated with vegetable spray. Cook till meat is no longer pink. Drain and dry with paper towels to reduce fat. Stir in pizza sauce and seasonings.
  3. Top each muffin with 1/6 c. beef mix. You may toast muffins before adding meat and cheese. Top with 1 tsp. cheese.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 10 to 15 min or possibly till heated thoroughly and cheese is melted.
