  • 1 1/2 lb loaf (12 slices) water: 1 1/2 c. sugar: 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk: 1/4 c. salt: 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda: 1/4 tsp. bread flour: 3 1/2 c. gluten: 1 Tbsp.

Инструкции

  1. Fleischmann's Bread Machine yeast: 2 1/4 tsp. Measure all ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Process on basic/white bread cycle; use medium/normal crust color setting. Don't use the delayed-bake feature. Remove bread from pan; cold on a wire rack. Slice and toast to serve. Store bread in airtight container or possibly plastic storage bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. Or possibly, slice, wrap airtight and freeze for up to one month; toast frzn slices, without thawing, as needed.
