  • 1 pkt Cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb Margarine
  • 1 c. Flour sifted
  • 1/2 c. Sweet potatoes, cooked mashed
  • 1/4 c. Crushed pineapple liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Coconut flakes

Инструкции

  1. Mix pastry ingredients till mix holds together, chill. Cut into 3" circles. Mix filling together. Place heaping teaspoonfuls on each pastry circle; fold over and press edges together. Bake at 375F till golden.
