Ингредиенты

  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 x sun-dry tomato, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sm onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb lean grnd pork
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, minced or possibly
  • 1 tsp dry
  • 1 sm bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. white wine salt and pepper

  1. DOUGH-Mix yeast, hot water. Stir. Add in basil, salt, sun-dry tomatoes, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Stir well. Add in flour and mix till a ball forms. Remove and put on a floured board. Let proof a few min. Flour rolling pin and roll out into a thin rectangle. Cut across in 3" widths. Take each piece and put a little filling. Roll up and bake 400F 20 to 25 min. FILLING-Sauteein oil, onions, pork, bell pepper and garlic till onions are translucent/soft and pork is cooked. Add in remaining ingredients.
