- DISSOVLE gelatin in boiling water. Spoon in ice cream, stirring till melted and smooth. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened, about 10 min. Pour into crust. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 hrs Heat margarine with chocolate;cold. Spread over pie. Refrigeratetill chocolate mix hardens. Garnish with whipped topping and raspberries, if you like.
- Makes 8 servings
- NOTE: For ease in serving, let pie stand 5 min after spreading on chocolate. With knife, lightly score pie into serving sized pcs. Refrigerateas directed above.
