- Heat the garlic in the extra virgin olive oil till golden brown, then remove from the heat & add in the basil. The basil should wilt in the warm oil & go bright green & glossy.
- Cook the pasta till*al dente* then drain. Toss with the garlic, basil mix. Add in the grated lime & the lime juice. Season with salt & pepper, or possibly cayenne & serve immediately.
