Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Corn starch Salt
  • 2 c. Boiling water
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 x Lemons - juice and grated rind
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

Инструкции

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Add in 2 c. of boiling water and cook till clear. Add in yolks of 2 Large eggs and cook about 3 min, stirring constantly. Take off the heat and add in the juice and rind of the lemons and mix well. Pour into baked pie crust and allow to thicken.
