- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Add in 2 c. of boiling water and cook till clear. Add in yolks of 2 Large eggs and cook about 3 min, stirring constantly. Take off the heat and add in the juice and rind of the lemons and mix well. Pour into baked pie crust and allow to thicken.
