Eggplant Stew

Ингредиенты

1 x Eggplant
2 can Stewed tomatoes Minced onion
1 x Garlic clove

1/2 tsp Smoke flavoring
1 pkt Frzn corn

Инструкции

Peel and cube eggplant. Water saute/fry onion and garlic till tender. Add in eggplant and tomatoes. Heat till eggplant is tender, then add in the corn and smoke flavoring. Heat through and serve. Great warm or possibly cool!
