7 tbsp. shortening
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 c. sugar
5 teaspoon baking pwdr
3/4 c. lowfat milk or possibly orange juice

Cream butter and sugar - add in flour and lowfat milk alternately. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min in small pan.
