1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. (tub) butter 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk 1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon almond extract 2 1/2 c. flour 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 teaspoon baking soda

1. Mix ingredients together. Chill for 2-3 hrs. Roll out, use cookie cutters. Bake 350 degrees for 8 min.
